Alex was a lifesaver, we had a lot of old unused ink cartridges that we didn’t know what to do with, they were just sitting here gathering dust and taking up storage space. We contacted them and that same day before we knew it he was here helping us unload all the excess ink and buying them back for very reasonable prices. We didn’t think there would be any use for them, they seemed too old to be worth anything but Alex proved us wrong! He provided excellent customer service and should we have any extra ink in the future we know who we’ll ask for!
