Perfect Box (Grade A):

Perfect Factory Sealed Box – The outer box is in perfect condition and is completely sealed.The box has never been opened and has no rips, holes, writing, labels, etc. just like you would find at a retail store.

Slightly Imperfect Box (Grade B):

The outer box is sealed with minor damage to the box.– The box may have a minor dent, scratch, or imperfection..  The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.

Damaged Box (Grade C):

The outer box is sealed with multiple obvious imperfections on the box – Outer box has significant damage to the box, large holes in the box, many rips on the box, water damage, etc. The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.

Open Box (Grade D):

Open Box or Box has been opened but the inner packaging is still sealed. The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.

Do you buy damaged toner cartridges with box wear?

Yes, we buy cosmetic-damaged and distressed box cartridges provided the inner protective seal remains intact and the supplies are genuine, unused OEM items. While pristine boxes earn higher payouts, we still offer competitive quotes for unused items with writing, shipping labels, torn cardboard, or crushed corners, helping you monetize surplus inventory that would otherwise go wasted.

Do you buy empty or recycled toner cartridges?

No, we do not purchase empty, used, remanufactured, or compatible third-party generic cartridges. Our buyback service focuses exclusively on genuine, full, unused original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products. If you have empty cartridges, we recommend contacting local electronic waste recycling facilities or office supply retailers that offer cartridge recycling programs to dispose of them responsibly.

Can I sell expired ink cartridges or older model toners?

We accept many expired ink cartridges and older toner models, provided there is active market demand for those specific part numbers. Ink cartridges typically feature expiration dates on the packaging, which can affect valuation, whereas toner cartridges do not expire in the traditional sense. Send us your complete inventory list so we can evaluate each item individually.

What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?

To provide an accurate buyback estimate, we need the exact brand name, part/model number, quantity, and box condition for each cartridge. Photos of the items or full box panels are extremely helpful for assessing condition grades. Including details like expiration dates for ink or noted box damage ensures our initial offer is as precise as possible.

Do you buy bulk inventory from businesses closing or upgrading printers?
