Yes. Businesses, schools, government agencies, and individuals with large inventories can upload an XLS or CSV file instead of entering products individually. This makes it easier to submit bulk toner and ink cartridge inventories for evaluation and quote preparation.

What image file formats and size limits are accepted?

To help us accurately identify and evaluate your cartridges, you can upload photos in PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, or GIF format. Individual photos should be 2 MB or less, and the total combined upload size should not exceed 5 MB. Multiple images are encouraged for faster quote processing.

How does WeBuyToner evaluate cartridge box condition?

Box condition plays an important role in determining the value of unused toner and ink cartridges. We generally categorize inventory as Perfect Box (factory sealed with no damage), Slightly Imperfect Box (minor cosmetic wear), Damaged Box (significant visible damage), or Open Box (outer box opened but inner packaging remains sealed). Providing accurate condition details helps ensure a fair quote.

Do expiration dates affect the value of my ink or toner cartridges?

Yes. Expiration dates can be important, particularly for ink cartridges. When submitting your inventory, include any expiration dates printed on the packaging. Generally, expired cartridges that are more than two years past their expiration date may not qualify for purchase.
