I wasn’t sure if they would buy back ink cartridges so I messaged them and included a picture of what I had. I received a reply very quickly and was told that they would buy them back and they sent a prepaid label. I mailed the cartridges to them and they contacted me letting me know they received them and that they would be sending a check…which I just received today! Alex was a lifesaver, we had a lot of old unused ink cartridges that we didn’t know what to do with, they were just sitting here gathering dust and taking up storage space. We contacted them and that same day before we knew it he was here helping us unload all the excess ink and buying them back for very reasonable prices.
