Below you’ll find the examples as well as box conditions of cartridges we accept.
Perfect Box (Grade A):
Perfect Factory Sealed Box – The outer box is in perfect condition and is completely sealed.The box has never been opened and has no rips, holes, writing, labels, etc. just like you would find at a retail store.
Slightly Imperfect Box (Grade B):
The outer box is sealed with minor damage to the box.– The box may have a minor dent, scratch, or imperfection.. The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.
Damaged Box (Grade C):
The outer box is sealed with multiple obvious imperfections on the box – Outer box has significant damage to the box, large holes in the box, many rips on the box, water damage, etc. The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.
Open Box (Grade D):
Open Box or Box has been opened but the inner packaging is still sealed. The product in the box is in pristine/perfect condition and the inner packaging is sealed.

I wasn’t sure if they would buy back ink cartridges so I messaged them and included a picture of what I had. I received a reply very quickly and was told that they would buy them back and they sent a prepaid label. I mailed the cartridges to them and they contacted me letting me know they received them and that they would be sending a check…which I just received today! Alex was a lifesaver, we had a lot of old unused ink cartridges that we didn’t know what to do with, they were just sitting here gathering dust and taking up storage space. We contacted them and that same day before we knew it he was here helping us unload all the excess ink and buying them back for very reasonable prices. We didn’t think there would be any use for them, they seemed too old to be worth anything but Alex proved us wrong!
