We had some old ink cartridges that we didn’t need anymore. I hated to throw them out so I researched ink/toner buy-back sites ... I wasn’t sure if they would buy back ink cartridges so I messaged them and included a picture of what I had. I received a reply very quickly and was told that they would buy them back and they sent a prepaid label. I mailed the cartridges to them and they contacted me letting me know they received them and that they would be sending a check…which I just received today! Very pleased with this process and with the customer service provided! If we ever need this service again I will definitely contact them again!
My experience with the Buy Back Program was quick, efficient, and convenient! Alex, the representative was timely in helping me to take care of the inventory we had on hand. With a busy office schedule and work load, this was the best way to get money back for our unused ink that was sitting around the office. When my printer failed in a manner that left it beyond economical repair, I found myself with ten new, unopened toner cartridges that I could no longer use. Alex was a lifesaver, we had a lot of old unused ink cartridges that we didn’t know what to do with, they were just sitting here gathering dust and taking up storage space. We contacted them and that same day before we knew it he was here helping us unload all the excess ink and buying them back for very reasonable prices. We didn’t think there would be any use for them, they seemed too old to be worth anything but Alex proved us wrong! He provided excellent customer service and should we have any extra ink in the future we know who we’ll ask for!
